Anki 2.1.61 displays constant errors and cannot save new cards

Short description: Latest Anki 2.1.61 (previous versions didn’t habe this problem). No add-ons. About 70 decks with 20000 cards (which shouldn’t be the problem). I am using AnkiDroid (which hasnt been updated in almost 2 years)
After start-up Anki works fine for a few cards or a few minutes, hard to say, then it will constantly throw the error posted below and not be able to save any changes or new cards. Restructuring the database (as suggested in the error message) does nothing, restarting works, but only for a while before the error returns.

Do you use a VPN?

Good question, I do use Cludflare 1.1.1.1 WARP which can be considered to be a sort of VPN. However, I did not just start using one but have been using that same VPN for about 2 years, It never led to problems up until this latest version. Also, at least in the beginning of a session, Anki works normally, only after an amount of time does the error show up. Always the same one.

Look for this error on the forums, it has seldomly been an issue with earlier versions as well and as far as I remember users came up with workarounds.
