Probably caused by antivirus/firewall/proxy/VPN software running on your machine.

This error has already occurred several times and, unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a systematic way to solve it as it’s often not caused by Anki itself. You could try disabling any VPN or proxy you have setup on your computer, as most of the time that’s the cause for this behavior.
