Thank for clarifying, Rumo. Yes, it’s probably not a very intuitive behaviour, I think most users would expect that if you modify several parameters and click “Save”, all modified parameters (and not just the last one) would be saved.
However, I think that “Save” doesn’t work properly if you enter the settings with the keyboard, but if you use the arrows instead, everything works as you describe:
