As more people turn to using AnkiMobile and iPad for their primary computer, it would be more convenient if we could export a single deck (or even better, just selected cards) to other people. The functionality is already there for entire collection so extending it for specific decks would be appreciated.
I’m afraid it’s not that simple - a collection export is basically zipping up the file as-is, so that functionality doesn’t get us any closer to having individual deck export. That part of AnkiMobile’s code is pretty old and difficult to work with, and I’m afraid there are some other architectural changes I need to work through before I can get to it. It is on the todo list, and will get done when I have the time.
