All my decks that I added like a week ago disappeared

All my decks that I added like a week ago disappeared bcs I synced something. 2 of those decks are that I made myself and has all the review I need can someone pls tell me how can I get those back. All I did is try to syn themm. nothing else

  • Which device did you create/import these decks on?
  • When you synced were you forced to do a one-way sync? Which way did you choose: upload to AnkiWeb or Download from AnkiWeb?

If you created them in the app, use local backups. See Backups - Anki Manual.
