After Windows Update Anki Won't Start

Hello,

I am using Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19042 Build 19042.
After the most recent update, anki will not longer launch. When I click on the icon, it appears to open as a background process, but the program itself will not open.

I’ve tried holding shift while opening, opening as an administrator, opening via Win R.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Uninstalling and downgrading to different versions of anki.

I tried opening it from the program files and got this:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

That message seems to indicate something like antivirus or firewall software on your machine is blocking Anki
