Right now even when FSRS is enabled, D is shown only for the most recent reviews that happened after FSRS was enabled. S and R are only shown for the current review, but not for the past reviews.
Ideally, all three DSR values should be shown for all reviews, just like ratings and intervals.
Review logs can’t be edited after being created, and the database schema does not have space to store the extra data.
