I updated the latest anki and my audio files will not longer play anymore. I have tried downloading the latest mpv player, restarted anki, and checked the database and resynced. I am lost and don’t know what to do to recover the audio files, would anyone have suggestions?

It might be a template/field HTML issue (if you paste them here someone will take a look). Do you see lost media files if you use Tools > Check Media?
