2.1.45 has been released as stable. Changes since rc2:
- Fix importing when current deck is filtered (thanks to Rumo)
- Relax template checks when importing (thanks to Rumo)
- Fix reviewer answer hook in v3 scheduler
- Prevent hiding of sidebar
- Show warning when (un)indenting plain text
- Make jQuery available (thanks to Henrik)
