To rechedule via Helper or not?

When I rechedule via FSRS Helper at the end of the day, it gives lower load for tomorrow and bigger load for the day after tomorrow (~300 and ~380 for comparison). Then when I finish my reviews the next day, the initial load for tomorrow stays the same or gets bigger (e.g. ~400), but when I reshedule again via FSRS Helper tomorrow’s load becomes way smaller again: ~300.
Here’s the question. Should I keep recheduling at the end of the day or should I actually leave it as it is? Which method is more beneficial?

Also a side question. It was said that the next release will have load balancer built-in by default, but as of 25.07.2 built-in rechedule and Helper rechedule still differ drastically: backlog of 144 against backlog of 17. Is it correct?

If that action adds a reschedule entry to each of your card, your collection size will grow and FYI AnkiWeb has a upper limit on how much your collection size can be if you’re to sync it.

There is a load-balancer in recent versions yes.

No.

You’re just moving cards around like deck chairs within their fuzz ranges. There’s no need to reschedule (by either method) when nothing has changed for those cards.

Then why the difference is still so big?

Probably because they use different methods?
