The top of the answer side of my cards gets cut of when showing backside of card

My wife has several lines in a single card that get cut off at the top on the answer side. The longer the card the more gets cut off. She doesn’t have a problem with this on the desktop Anki windows program though. Of course, with shorter cards this is not a problem.

Some things that could contribute to that –

  • The card scrolling to the answer line
  • The font not sized or scaled for the display-size
  • CSS framing (layout, boxes, blocks, etc.) that is forcing the wrong things to happen

It it’s specific to a single note/card, then it is probably due to HTML/CSS hiding in the note fields – or if it’s on an entire note type, HTML/CSS on the templates and Styling.

Probably the same as Issue with notes back view on Samsung Tab A8 - AnkiDroid (Android) / Help - Anki Forums again

I think we could help you solve this problem more easily if we knew the layout of your flashcards and the CSS associated with them.
