Synchronisation error

I recently updated my Anki to the Q5 version
since then I was unable to sync my desktop to my mobile version
when I try it this pops up:

DbError { info: “SqliteFailure(Error { code: DatabaseCorrupt, extended_code: 779 }, Some("database disk image is malformed"))”, kind: Other }

but no explanation or any kind of clue what to do about it…

can anybody help me please?
