Não consigo instalar o Anki

Meu computador é Windows 10, mas toda vez que tento instalar o aplicativo não consigo. Ele trava todo computador.

  2. Is it the installation executable that is crashing? Or after you install it, is Anki crashing when you try to run it?

Baixei do proprio site anki.
Nao aparece nenhum erro. Quando termina de baixar o arquivo pra instalação e clico pra instalar o computador trava. Não aparece nada.

Is the installation executable.

Since it’s the installer crashing, I think Windows may be the problem. Are you current with security updates and patches?
