Multiple Audio Cards

I’m looking for a way to put multiple audio files on one side of a card and a word on the other for learning languages (or GIF for ASL). I used to use Memrise before I found Anki and you could add multiple audio files and the site would choose one at random to play and test you on so you could learn listening skills and it wasn’t the same audio every time. With Anki currently I’d have to add multiple cards for the same word. Is there an add-on for this already I’m not finding?

Since you mentioned Memrise, have you looked at the Memrise Template? I don’t know if that specific functionality is supported, but it seems like a good place to start.
