I use Mathjax a lot. With the preview of course.
Sometimes, I mistakenly press Backspace or Delete once too much and a whole matrix or big equation vanishes completely.
The issue: I cannot undo this. It’s final, though normally undo works just fine.
Thanks for your input Sorata. Thanks to posting this topic and your input I found out that you can undo a deleted Mathjax preview by pressing the undo key combination twice (not once like usual). Just never thought of that.
Though as a suggestion for improvement, It would still be nice if pressing undo only once would restore a deleted mathjax (the ( ) by the way is not the issue here, as I use the live preview so those brackets do not even show).
Also, I found that if you correct something in a Mathjax preview then (accidentally) delete it, pressing undo twice (or sometimes even longer until the deleted mathjax reappears) makes it reappear without your changes so you have to do them again (unless you save the card first)
