Lost all anki cards

Hi guys I was wanting to download a heat map for my ankis and i did but as it rebooted, I lost ALL my cards made this year.

If it helps, before adding the heat map I just synced my email address and maybe it didn’t back up all my cards in time…? But all my cards are gone and idk what to do :frowning:

  • Are the decks also gone – like you’ve accidentally opened an empty collection?
  • Where are you looking and not finding your cards?
