Is there a way to share Anki tooltip? on every card

I’m using Anki Tooltip addon.
But this addon requires you to write a description by inserting a code into each card.

I want to share the dictionary

ex)
tooltip : this is good

If you write a tooltip on every card
Is there a way to get an explanation for tooltip?
