Is advisable to use FSRS with filtered decks workflow?

Hi! I’m new to using FSRS, and I would like to know if FSRS is compatible with my current workflow, or if I should change it.
I usually study in public transportation, and when solving math or physics problems, is easier for me to study graduated cards rather than new or learning ones, since with the latter I tend to have doubts and looked them up in the moment when I’m at home on my computer.
I’m using this workflow currently:
New card (is:new)
(re)learning cards (is:learn is:due) OR (is:review is:due)
Graduated cards (is:due is:review)
Is it problematic to use FSRS with this? Specially regarding the cards interval. Thanks
What happens if a card is overdue with FSRS?

Why do you think it could be problematic? I think the only ways to break something are rating incorrectly, or not saving the ratings (by unchecking “Reschedule cards based on my answers in this deck”).

In the FAQ you send it says:

The parameters are preset-specific. If you have decks that vary wildly in subjective difficulty (not FSRS difficulty), it is recommended to use separate presets for them because the parameters for easy decks and hard decks will be different. Parameters and desired retention are independent, you do not need to re-optimize parameters if you have changed desired retention.

In this example, for different cards are recommended differents presets. Maybe something similar may apply for my case, that’s why I’m asking.

Thanks

Cards in filtered decks should use the presets of the decks they are from.
