i have 2 anki accounts, and i exported the cards from one account in an attempt to merge 2 accounts together but i ended up losing the information on the 2nd account when i imported the decks in the first account. is there a way to retrieve this?
I guess that’s because you’ve exported a collection package. You should export a deck package containing all of your decks instead.
Anki automatically takes backups by default. You may be able to restore from one of them: https://docs.ankiweb.net/#/files?id=backups
