I had installed awesome TTS Plus, made all the recommendations of the videos and manuals from the site like adding the API Key verifying it, and so forth, and then, when I was about to add some sentences, it appeared this: Status code: 403 (b’{“detail”: “Authentication credentials were not provided.”}')". I don’t know what it is, it appears every time I try to place a word or sentence to preview.

No, I haven’t. I am just using this tool to study and I don’t know Anki entirely. How can I contact him, is he able to fix this problem?
