How to filter to see recently changed cards

Hi there,

This is Benedikt from Berlin. I am working with Anki for many years now, used it during my medical studies.

Nowadays I use it in my clinical practice. I do not space repetition study but frequently update some of my over 13,000 cards.

As I am using Anki more as a database, I would love to filter - on my MacBook as well as on my iPhone - cards to recently changed. Is that possible?
