My ANKI does not show any green cards even though I have some due. I have double checked the setting and the max number of cards as well as the new number of cards everyday. Can you please let me know how I can fix this because I am worried I am not getting all the cards?

What makes you think you have Review (green) cards due? Is there somewhere specific you’re looking/searching that makes you think that?

Are all of your decks/subdecks assigned to that Options preset? Do any of them have deck-specific “This deck” limits?

That’s a lot of cards in Learn/Relearn. What are you learning/relearning steps?
That is:review search just tells you that you have cards in the Review state. It doesn’t mean they are due today. Try is:due -is:learn to see due/overdue Review cards – Searching - Anki Manual . That’s what would show up on the green counter.
[Your screenshot also shows you’re in “Notes” mode – Browsing - Anki Manual – so you aren’t seeing individual cards. You might want to switch to “Cards” mode and show the “Due” column to see their due dates.]
You’ve got a really long Learn state – it will take a card 3 grades of Good and 5 days in Learn before they graduate to Review. As you can see from the warnings, that’s not recommended with FSRS.
General advice for beginners –
- Read Getting Started, so you know what Anki can do – and Studying, so you know how to use it. Skim the rest of the manual if you have time, so you will know where to find things when you want them later on.
- Enable FSRS.
- Set one short (5m-20m) learning step and relearning step.
- Optimize your FSRS parameters (and then come back monthly to re-optimize).
- Study all of your due cards every day – no backlogs, no long re/learning steps to carry cards over to the next day.
- Don’t introduce New cards at a faster pace that you can keep up with the reviews on. [Expect that your daily workload will be 8-10x your daily New card limit.]
