Flag is not shown in the Flag column for some notes.
There is no “Flag” column. If you use an addon, then you have to report it to the dev of that addon.
And provide more info than just a picture.
You’ve also got the Browse window in “Notes” mode, instead of “Cards” mode. Flags are applied at the card-level, and those notes each make multiple cards, unlike the others in your screenshot. That’s the functionality that you’ll need to ask the add-on author about.
