Error when play web audio

I am using ⁨2.1.54 (b6a7760c)⁩
When I am play audio from web, get following error. Anybody can help?
For 2.1.49 does not have same issue

JS warning /_anki/legacyPageData?id=2592358216608:0 A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at baidu was set without the SameSite attribute. A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with SameSite=None and Secure. You can review cookies in developer tools under Application>Storage>Cookies and see more details at(link was removed according to forum rule)

I didn’t get that warning, but the audio didn’t work for me in Anki (I tried <audio src="https://fanyi.baidu.com/gettts?lan=en&text=hello&spd=3&source=web" controls autoplay></audio>). It works in a normal web browser though.

Looks like an issue specific to the site.

yes, but it works fine in older version of anki.
