Default Image Paste Size?

Is there a way to make a default image paste width/height? Often times the images pasted are much bigger than the text accompanying it.

I use these 2 addons to manage image sizes:

  1. “Note Size” addon shows note size while you adding or editing a note
  2. “AJT Media Converter” addon reduces existing images
