Decks disappeared?

Hello! I am trying to use Anki again after I upload 1ooo of questions and answers but once I am inside the application my Decks disappeared. I can see only some questions that the systems is showing because I have to repeat the answers. Perhaps you can guide me or indicate how may I resolve this issue?

Open card browser and check if your cards are there.
