The version does not appear to be Beta for me, it does not identify itself as such. Anyway, when I press i or c-a-i, I get an emty info box like this
I get similar result in the browser.
The “card info during review” feature leads to an error message, probably due to the same problem.

It’s an addon (not a feature) that was broken by the security changes made in 25.02.4 and probably won’t be fixed by the beta either. Your best bet is to downgrade for the time being if you still want to keep using that addon

Yes, an addon. I mentioned it only because its problem might lead to the reason of the problem with the card-info feature.
Try disabling or removing the addon and see if the problem still persists

Can you try resizing the card info window (by dragging the bottom-right corner) just in case
