I have set up my cards to ask me to type in the answer. AnkiMobile displays a keyboard and small area window on top of the screen to type in the answer.
Is there a way to increase the small window and the font size of the typed in answer?
I am using AnkiMobile on an iPad mini.

I’m not sure if that responds to changing the text size in the study window, or to changing the overall font/display size through OS/device settings. But give both of those a try if you haven’t already. I’m wondering if it might come from a lower layer of the OS.
You can also give these card-styling methods a try – Field Replacements - Anki Manual – and I’m moving your question to the Card Design category to see if anyone else knows of a way to touch that.
The gear icon font changes the overall font/display but not the type window. I tried to adjust the font/display size through the Accesibilities iOS device settings "Zoom” using the zoom window feature, but it was not a very user friendly. I did not spend time with it but I think for now that is my only option.
