I keep getting this error when trying to sync on my new computer that I just set up anki on…

Please help!! It worked perfectly for the whole day yesterday and now it just started doing this randomly with no explanation… This is super important. Thank you.

it seems a proxy problem.disable proxy on your computer if there is,and then restart Anki

You also appear to be using quite an old version of Anki, and may want to consider updating to a newer version.

Thanks! I use the old because there an older add-on I like using and the new version of it is unfortunately terrible. :frowning:
