I have been using anki for four months now and just today after finishing making a deck I went to practice all my cards when i noticed the answer to my cards appearing at the bottom of the card prior to be flipping the card. I tried restarting both my computer and anki and that did not help. I tried turning anki while holding my shift button and the problem still happened. I reset my window size. I even downloaded mobile app to see if problem would occur on there and it is also happening. Please someone help me fix this.
That sounds like you have an error in your card template. Anki will show you whatever information you have a {{field replacement}} for on your template – Field Replacements - Anki Manual . If you find that field name on your front template, remove it.

How do I get to find this field replacement button/ what do I do when i find it?
You’ll need to modify your Card Templates. In the desktop Anki app, select an affected cards in the browse window and press the “Cards…” button.
(Or, open the Tools menu and choose “Manage Note Types,” then choose the appropriate note type and press the “Cards” button.)
once I am there what do i do next? I found the card type button but am confused how to fix my error? Could you please be more detailed on the next steps/
In the “Template” section, choose “Front Template,” and edit the text so it only includes fields that should appear on the front of the card. Look for field names in double curly braces, like {{this}}, and delete any that you don’t want visible on the front. For simple cards with just a couple of fields, you probably want just one field on the front, like this:
