After updating using Homebrew, it opens the launcher to update again [image] [image] Asking a follow up if this can be fixed with Anki or needs to be discussed/patched in Homebrew Anki package/cask

Uninstalling and installing doesn’t prompt again, so either is a one time thing or could be because of cache

When the user installers a newer launcher, it forces an update prompt, based on the assumption that the user’s trying to update Anki.
