I downloaded Anki on my personal Mac and a different computer on Windows at my work so I can use Anki at work and at home. They wouldn’t sinc because the Anki at my computer is older and the one in WIndows was recent. So I decided to update Anki, but it doesn’t work with my older version of Mac. I tried to update my Mac, but there seems to be a problem. I want to just download the older version back that works with Mac 11.2.3. I tried to find it in the archive download section, but I am having a hard time. Can someone provide me a direct link to download the older version please
As I understand it, you say that you have a working version of Anki already installed on your older Mac computer. You are now trying to find a similar older version of Anki for Windows that will work with the version of Anki on your Mac.
Please try:
- Determine which version of Anki is currently installed on your Mac computer (On recent versions of Anki it is: Menu bar → Anki → About Anki…)
- Search for that version in the Anki releases archive.
- When you find the release you want, click on the “Assets” button to expose the installable packages for that release.
