I have tried force closing Anki, and also have restarted my computer twice. I have also tried reopening Anki while holding “shift” and that is not working. I sync several times per day, but the most recent backup available is a week old, so I would rather not do that.
I also tried the following recommendation: “Rename or remove collection.media.db2 while taking care not to touch the collection.media folder. When you start Anki and sync, it will recreate the file.” This did not work for me either.
I have tried everything on “When Problems Occur”, so I have run out of things to try. Anki is working fine on my iPhone.
