Anki Database Disk Image Is Malformed

I am receiving the following error:

I have tried force closing Anki, and also have restarted my computer twice. I have also tried reopening Anki while holding “shift” and that is not working. I sync several times per day, but the most recent backup available is a week old, so I would rather not do that.

I also tried the following recommendation: “Rename or remove while taking care not to touch the folder. When you start Anki and sync, it will recreate the file.” This did not work for me either.

I have tried everything on “When Problems Occur”, so I have run out of things to try. Anki is working fine on my iPhone.
