I like the globe symbol, but I’m afraid it’s not 100% obvious that it means that this setting is applied globally. I think it would be nice if when the user hovers their mouse over the globe, it would say “Affects the entire collection.”.

“Optimize All Presets” is too easy to miss. I highly recommend moving it under “Optimize FSRS parameters”.
