Hello,

I have Anki desktop version 2.1.28 installed. My iOS is macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6 (no updates available).

When using my desktop version it will not sync, saying I have “wrong username and password”, which I do not. See photo attached. I am (correctly)

The photo shows my amino acid deck logged into AnkiWeb (correct) but note the different values in my Amino Acid deck on my desktop (not correct). Please help. Thank you.

Assuming you’ve tried a few times already, please try changing your password using the Account tab.
