Why is difficulty not going down?

hello,

does anyone knows that sometimes, difficulty increases after guessing right ? I observed that for a few cards that keep coming back (too often in my opinion). as for my answering time, it’s irrelevant as I tend to do other things when I do my reviews.

It’s usually because you optimised your preset leading to some cards getting a higher difficulty which showed up in the next review.
