When you have a pretty long list of decks, after creating one more, you end up squinting in an attempt to find where the deck got positioned. Another similar issue occurs when you are arranging decks in a hierarchy, sometimes you drag and drop into the wrong place and just realize it later on.
It would be nice to have a transitory visual effect indicating where a newly created deck got positioned or where a sub-deck got put into.
