I have searched the forum and can’t find a post or solution matching this:
I am using 1Password and on the (rare) occasions that I need to log in again for synchronisation, 1Password does not know how to associate any of my Anki login entries with the app. In similar situations 1Password support people have commented that the app developer needs to associate a domain with the app (ankiweb.net in this case?) and then 1Password will be able pick this up.
In the bigger scheme of things this is not a problem – I can use the “allow once” feature and I rarely need to log in anyway :-).
