Unexpected 10-Day Interval on New Flashcard Without Reviews

I have this new card that I haven’t reviewed even once, but it’s giving me an interval of 10 days. Is this normal? I haven’t read it at all, and I haven’t reset it either.

I don’t use hard button ever I only use good and again

My learning step is 10m

I changed my preset to preset:“Anking (Main) STEP” -is:suspended now

Is this what’s causing the issue?

My suspended cards I haven’t touched them for months.

If it’s exactly like that, then it’s normal. See Deck Options - Anki Manual.

In a nutshell, the first value is the one used by the “Again” button. The values after that are the ones used by the “Good” button in each step. Since you don’t have any values after the first one, FSRS decides it for you and you get 10 days.

Also, leave that preset box empty unless you know what it does.

Doesn’t that preset which I have right now mean that suspended content will not be taken into parameters .

Yes, if the preset filter has -is:suspended in it, then suspended cards won’t be part of optimization.
