I have had a lot of issues with syncing and downloading decks, so I decided to delete my Anki account, and make a new one under that email. I deleted the account, but it says it still exists. However, I am unable to log in to it or make a new account.
I think it’s unlikely a new account will solve your issues, but I suppose anything’s possible.
As far as your account – I can see the AnkiWeb account associated with the email address you used to post here. It was just created today, it’s empty, and no devices have connected to it.
