Hi everyone! I was hoping someone may be able to help me out with my current issue. I have had a free Anki web account with no email attached for the last few months. However, I just decided to purchase Anki mobile hoping I can sync the two together. The issue I am running into is merging the information from my Anki web application to the mobile app. I have tried syncing it with the same email but canceled once I received a notification about things being deleted. Is there a way to get both services to be the same or do I just have to start from scratch on my Anki mobile? As a worst case, I was thinking of sharing my current decks from my Anki web application to then download onto my Anki mobile. Only issue there is, I don’t think I can share any decks without an email being attached. Thanks in advance for the help! ---

Please follow the steps in this intro video: [Syncing in Anki: Getting Started - YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YkiM4DPzSVc&list=PLGgmaKOIHykFoomqkBJAyGiDQ2kyiuTao) You’ll want to upload on the device that has the data you want to keep, and then download on your other devices. ---
