Are you referring to fields?
In your example: one field for “Sound”, one for “Subtitles” and so on, is that accurate? Can you make it clearer please?

No, I’m referring to cards that has more tha one answer.
I mentioned subtitles because I’m using a movie close caption subtitles and audio speech to make the cards, but let’s take the chemical elements table as another example.
What I want is one card with
One side with chemical element symbol.
Another side with its name, to be shown as answer of the side one.
The third side with its atomic mass, to be shown as answer of the side two.

Not a three-sided card, but you could create a cloze note with 2 cloze deletions thus:
H is the chemical symbol for {{c1::Hydrogen}} which has the atomic mass {{c2::1}}
You would then have one card
H is the chemical symbol for […] which has the atomic mass 1,
and another
H is the chemical symbol for Hydrogen which has the atomic mass […]
the answer in both cases being
H is the chemical symbol for Hydrogen which has the atomic mass 1
