while importing or syncing a collection I noticed the date of the files changed from date of generation to actual date. Why that ?
Does it mean next time all files must be replaced on the other devices, because an earlior date ?

If by the “date of the files”, you mean the modification date, then it’s just because, when you sync or import a collection, you modify these files, thus the date of last modification is updated.
Media syncing is not a general purpose sync like DropBox, and it does not try to retain modification times between devices. Anki will avoid sending unchanged content even if the modification time is different.
