# Sync animation no longer occurs (2.18.3)

You said “a window” so it was not clear. What you say though, “may not appear”, does that _randomly_ not appear sometimes? I never encountered that personally. The only situation I know where pop up doesn’t appear is when you are already synced.

Same. Seems like it’s only for the media sync, though.
