Unfortunately, I’m stuck with Win7 most of the time and have limited access to my Win10 device and thus am using ankiweb.
I was wondering if FSRS still works if i use ankiweb, also, I oftenly need to suspend cards, but that’s not possible on ankiweb, so I thought about downloading an older version of the desktop app on Win7, but would that mess up with the FSRS or will it be all fine if I press sync in the app?
Also, can using the android version compensate for all that?

Yes, you can use the Android version. You can use AnkiWeb too, it won’t mess up the scheduling.
