# "Show answer" jumps to a different card

Having an issue on windows (both my iphone and macbook using the same deck are fine) where when I hit enter or push the “show answer” button it will jump to a different card.

Additionally, sometimes on the first card review if I hit enter it will jump back to the “study now” page.

Lastly, sometimes the card will just be all black as well.

Using keyboard shortcuts seem to trigger these errors more frequently, but even clicking on the buttons on anki causes them as well.

I’ve tried reinstalling, and I’ve downloaded the newest beta version. Still same problems.

Try the rest of the [Troubleshooting Checklist](https://docs.ankiweb.net/troubleshooting.html) – especially #6, video drivers, because that’s what this sounds most like.

Switched it over to software and tested it a bit, seems to be working.
