Scheduler update made the web version unusable for me

I have it set to 10 new card and 30-40 review cards for a reason. After the update it doesn’t show any new cards anymore and even if I increase the daily new card limit it will instate just increase the review cards. How to fix this to work as it was before? I don’t wanna be forced into reviewing everything just to get new cards. Because of that I had to restore from a backup and can only work with the desktop version which is a big issue since I use the web version most of the time.

There is an option directly below the review limit that controls whether it affects new cards.
