I’m new to this app, and it’s NOT for me! How can I retrieve my entire notecard bank, and move on? This is not user friendly and is not helping me
You can export your collection/decks to .colpkg/.apkg format files, if you are moving to a flashcard program that supports importing those formats. Or, you can export your notes or cards as plain, tab-separated text files. Please see the Exporting section of the Anki Manual for more information.
If you export as .colpkg/.apkg, there is an option to include all your media files in the exported files. Otherwise, you can find your image and sound files in the media.collection folder. You’ll probably want to copy the media.collection folder and its contents and keep them in the same place you store your exported notes/cards.

Thanks for your help, but how do I retrieve the flash cards on the app as a well? This is not user friendly at all, and time consuming to figure out. I’m a firefighter, not someone who uses a lot of tech. I just want to study for a promotional test
