Reseted Cards are the next due new cards?

Just to be sure: Previously, reseted cards were always placed at the end of the new cards by default, but now at the original position so the reseted reseted cards become the new ones that are next to be due?

This would be great, because I never used this feature, when I still had a lot of new cards in a deck.

If they were forgotten after the change was introduced, and their original positions are lower than any other new cards, then yes.
