# Request to recover deleted AnkiWeb collection

Hello Anki Support Team,

I recently logged into my AnkiWeb account after approximately six months of inactivity and discovered that all my decks and cards were missing.

I previously had many decks synchronized with AnkiWeb. Unfortunately, I performed a factory reset on my Android phone several months ago, so I no longer have any local backups.

Could you please check whether any server-side backups of my collection are still available? I would be very grateful if you could restore even an older version.
